As we move into this new gemini season, & as we shift out of lock down, seeing that the country is beginning to “open back up,” this is your TIME to truly and deeply stand in your power, release the negative energy weighing you down, work with new energy, and liberate yourself fully.
No holding back…Your ascension begins now.
The universe is aligned in your favor and here are a few ways on how you can release negatively charged energy, & work with the new energies coming forth to BEST serve you—
1. Be an alien
In other words, be curious. ESPECIALLY, when in conversation with others. Remember this season is about stepping into your truth, and embodying your power, but it doesn’t mean it’s all about you. Try to practice presence & remain grounded. Feel out the energy of the room & flow with it. You can do this by taking the time to listen to others authentically & wholeheartedly. Practice active listening & use the “mirroring” technique to reflect what the other person says and then waiting for your turn to speak. Mirroring (which is most times done instinctively) can allow the other person to feel truly heard & seen, which allows for a sense of connectedness to occur.
2. Speak your truth, with precaution
As you step deeper into your truth, learn to communicate from a place of love, & start finding ways to genuinely & authentically connect with others. Be mindful of your energy & how you present yourself. Be sure to speak clearly & with good reason. There’s an old saying that sometimes “less is more.” So if you don’t know what to say or don’t have anything kind to say, sometimes it’s best to say nothing at all. Or if you feel compelled to speak your truth, but unsure how it will be interpreted, a skillful, much more mindful approach would be to write down what you want to say. Then read it aloud to yourself after. Does it sound funky? Are you speaking with good intentions? Are you expressing your true feelings? Will it hurt someone else’s feelings? Still not sure? Find a second opinion or someone you trust that can read it over and provide you with feedback. When you are intentional with everything you do, you set yourself up to win.
3. Feed your mind
Expand. Dive into something new that will help you to grow. Books, podcasts, Instagram feeds, workshops, meet & greets, networking events, community events. Get really curious and hungry for experience. Seek out different perspectives outside of how you see or view the world. Challenge yourself to welcome in new & different energies into your reality. Step out of your comfort zone! Explore the inner wonders of your mind! And allow yourself this space & freedom to grow my friend! Because you are so damn worth it. Do this for you. You deserve nothing but the best.
